Point Zero

Art

Point Zero is a moment that exists beyond time. It is like the stillness in the cyclical swing of a pendulum, the silence before the next wave crashes. It is like the void that quietly lingers between an inhale and an exhale. A place where the past no longer matters, and the future does not yet exist. It is a fleeting, delicate, and ephemeral instant, yet the truest of all that is.

Third Eye – duo show with Katarzyna Korzeniecka

Art

„Piotr” is a graphic novel co-created by Katarzyna Korzeniecka and Igor Kubik, blending Korzeniecka’s storytelling and ebru art with Kubik’s illustrations. Inspired by Korzeniecka’s father, Piotr Korzeniecki (1946-2021)—an architect, dowser, clairvoyant, and healer—the book pays tribute to his life and legacy. The novel draws from the personal history of Piotr, who was a significant figure in the world of bioenergy therapy and psychotronics.

In addition to the original illustrations, the graphic novel includes reproductions of Piotr’s personal items and several of his own drawings. This blend of artistic collaboration and real-life elements creates an intimate, immersive narrative, honoring the memory of Piotr and his profound impact on those around him.

Echo

Art

Echo series explore tranquil realms between black and white, creating a meditative space of emptiness filled with peace. The precise charcoal drawings merge organic, flowing shapes with stark architectural forms, echoing a balance between softness and structure. Light emerges from darkness, with white flashes contrasting against deep black, symbolizing both emptiness and illumination. The works invite spiritual reflection, where the interplay of light, shadow, and form creates a harmonious, contemplative atmosphere.

Don’t Look Back, Drawing Triennial 2022

Art

The future, though unknown, holds endless speculative potential, with a vast space between the probable and the unreal. The artists in this exhibition see the future more like Mrożek’s words: „tomorrow is today, just tomorrow,” and suggest we view it without excessive optimism, especially when reality invites criticism. Ironically, the works may evoke nostalgia for the past and tempt us to look back.

Herbarium

Art

The drawings were created in direct reference to the Postartistic Congress „Konteksty.” The actions of the delegates inspired me to prepare herbal infusions, using local herbs, which became a part of our shared breakfasts. While foraging for herbs, I also collected other plants that I used to create anthropomorphic portraits of Sokołowsko’s flora.

Uzdrowisko/Healing Space – Sound performance, Konteksty

Art

This performance was inspired by the former Herman Brehmer sanatorium and focused on sound as a therapeutic stimulus. Participants experienced sound waves at 136.10 Hz (OM tone), known for its calming and healing effects. Drawing from ancient nature temples, the performance created a meditative space for balance and connection. It referenced art therapy methods used at Brehmer’s sanatorium and Buddhist legends where sound led to enlightenment, offering a relaxing, immersive experience of sound and resonance.
